Providers and recipients
The website is hosted on a privately managed server. Cloudflare is used for domain and DNS management. Resend delivers form messages by email to the team handling the enquiry. Messages are also held in the recipient mailbox; the website does not maintain an enquiry database. The server and providers may generate technical logs needed for operation and security.
International transfers
Using Resend may involve processing in the United States. Its data processing agreement provides Standard Contractual Clauses for applicable transfers. Retention
Data retention is determined by the need to assess, respond to and follow up on the enquiry. Once that follow-up is complete, data should be deleted when no longer needed, unless a legal obligation or the need to retain information relating to a contractual relationship or the exercise of rights applies. Provider copies and logs are subject to their respective retention periods. Deleting mailbox messages requires separate management and is not performed automatically by this website.
